Transportation Options

Pick Up Locations & Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY​

 

Cancellations must be completed at least 24-hours prior to the reservation/pick-up time. No Shows or Cancellations within the 24-hour timeframe will be charged the full rate.

PLANNING AHEAD

​

Shuttle Reservations: It's recommended to make shuttle reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

​

Private Sedan/SUV Requests: To ensure availability, please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance. Our office staff will review your request and contact you for confirmation. For urgent requests within 48 hours, please contact our office directly.

 

Large Group Transportation: We offer a variety of options for large groups, including multiple vehicles and services to multi-destination locations. Options include shuttles, private cars, sprinters, vans, and transfers for large groups. For these services, please contact Gray Line at (719) 633-1181.

PICKUP LOCATIONS

Colorado Springs Shuttle Pickup Location:
Meet at the Colorado Springs Welcome Desk in the lower level baggage claim area. 

​

Denver International Airport Pickup Location: Your driver will contact you on the cell phone number provided at the time of booking, as soon as your flight lands. They will direct you to the appropriate meeting location. Due to the Denver International Airport security policies, our drivers are unable to leave their vehicle.

​

The Broadmoor: Our shuttles pick up promptly at their scheduled times from Broadmoor Main, Broadmoor West, and Broadmoor South entrances.
