Shuttle Reservations:
It's recommended to make shuttle reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
Children who sit on your lap ride for free. Please do not include them in the total passenger count when making your reservation.
If you require a wheelchair accessible shuttle or have other mobility needs, please contact our office at (719) 633-1181 at least 24-hours in advance.

For COS Airport Arrivals, please have your luggage and check in with The Broadmoor welcome desk at least 5-minutes prior to your scheduled departure. Flight or luggage delays may result in your reservation being moved to the next available time slot.

Private Sedan/SUV Requests:
To ensure availability, please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance. Our office staff will review your request and contact you for confirmation. For urgent requests within 48 hours, please contact our office directly.

Large Group Transportation:
We offer a variety of options for large groups, including multiple vehicles and services to multi-destination locations. Options include shuttles, private cars, sprinters, vans, and transfers for large groups. For these services, please contact Gray Line at (719) 633-1181.
Cancellations must be completed at least 24-hours prior to the reservation/pick-up time.
No Shows or Cancellations within the 24-hour timeframe will be charged the full rate.
